I used to do everything the right way, just as the "Guru's" said.
I bought the courses, learned the tactics and spent hours trying to write emails, pages and posts that were supposed to convert.

And like most affiliate marketers, it barely moved the needle for me. The problem was the method more than the effort or intelligence.

I was operating manually in a game that had already gone automated. I felt like digging a swimming pool with a spoon while the top 1% were using well-oiled machines.

The old way of affiliate marketing is dead. Hand-writing copy, guessing customer avatars, these methods doesn't scale anymore. So instead of trying harder, I changed the question.

What would this look like if it were a system?

That question led me to build the Affiliate Architect App, not as a product, but as an internal machine, to scratch my own itch.
